While Our Groups play vital role for uniting we all Uttaranchalis and provide a plateform for free flow

debates on various subjects concerning development of our sacred land, I wish to share a few of points .

The mailing is a media to convey and exchange the inner feelings of all of us . Therefore the mails have to be

always touchy...

I suggest each of our mail sud commence with the words usually spoken in Uttaranchal while writing letters..

like Shri ..Priya ... Bhai ji or Adarneeya Deedi ji in place of "hi "

coz this "hi" word is neither ours nor does it conform our Sanskrity (strong culture)

Similarly in closing Apaka Apna or otherwise Aapaa ku Apnu Hi Bhula ..... or any other touchy feeling ...

2ndly the mail sud be a specific one and not deviating one from subject..... .The arguments should be coarsing swiftly and softly, politely with an aim to induce reader that there was no intention to hurt any one....

in fact it wud be more better if the mail is written in 3rd person.

3rdly we must always post the noticeable development in the area of each of us for the information of others. so that everyone can be aware with the social , economical and public welfare development .

Coz it seems many of our ppl are not un aware about the development happening in the UA and have Still grief image. It boosts the morale of other fellow readers

This wud be form a part of transperencey and at the same time wud boost morale of our ppl.

In case any mail discharging a little of heat shud be always addressed to Mod of group and not the Gp or any individual itslef. The Moderator would check for the heat if any and may edit or re-word before release...

The dilects, phrases (aukhaan) of Uttaranchali in the local dialect can play a vital rol in furnishing the mail..

As Gps emerging as a common platform to exchange our views, so we all sud share our perspective on the current economical , social and educational but never political, Cast Creed..

Let us always neglect the debates like a rift between Shri N.D.Tiwari and Shri Naraneder Singh Negi ,
